Low-profile Northern Shan noodle eatery on U Wisara Road, popular by word of mouth and a good choice for lighter, less oily, less spicy food. The salads are exceptional — avocado-and-tomato is a standout — alongside excellent Shan rice noodles, fried Shan potatoes and tamarind curry chicken or pork. The owner is warm and caring, local crafts are displayed for sale, and the outdoor tables are pleasant in the cool evening (no air-conditioning indoors).
