Kalaw View Point

Hilltop cafe and viewpoint outside Kalaw, known locally as Palaung Taung. Misty scenery, sunrise and sunset views and 360-degree mountain landscapes with the town below; a small cafe lets you drink coffee in the cool mountain air. The access road is rough and best avoided in the rains, and there is a per-person entrance fee. A short walk from the car park, with orange plantations and local produce stalls on the way up.
