Byblos Pub & Grill

Large, characterful pub and grill in Golden Valley with a 1930s colonial-Burma atmosphere and high-end facilities — owned by an actor, with photos of old local artists on the walls. It feels like a genuine pub with lots of Asian and Western food and drink options; the five-cheese pizza is among the best in Yangon. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, cocktails and a pool table, though it gets noisy when full.
