Traditional Shan restaurant built around its signature Zagaw Rice — a thali-style set served on a bamboo tray with two or three rice types and a choice of salads, grilled fish, goat curry and pickled tea leaf dishes, in three- or five-person portions. Local ingredients, careful hygiene and a decorated two-storey room; upstairs is the better place to sit. No alcohol, and the kitchen takes its time. Parking is limited.
